Adding New Pages
To add new pages, just create a link to a new page and then click that link. For example:
Please use meaningful names for the pages and try to follow the patterns already set by existing pages. See below for capitalization rules.
Capitalization Rules
One of the issues of consistency to respect are capitalization rules:
- FPGA4U is always written fully capitalized.
- Page names have only the first letter capitalized, as in "This is my new page on FPGA4U".
- Sections (marked by ==) have the first letter of each word capitalized except for articles and prepositions, as in "This Is a New Section".
- Subsections (marked by ===) have the first letter of each word capitalized except for articles and prepositions, as in "This Is a New Subsection".
- Smaller subsections (marked by ====) have only the first letter capitalized, as in "This is a new smaller subsection".
- Acronyms are written fully capitalized (e.g., LED, FPGA, USB) except when the standard usage is different (e.g., NoC, PnP).
Editing Status
Several templates exist to indicate the status of a page. Please use them to help in the editing process.
Wikitext Syntax
The pages of this Wiki are written in Wikitext. A short primer with plenty of examples is available in a Wikimedia page.
